Julian Rauda is a Los Angeles native with a deep passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help others succeed. He holds  degrees in Finance, Real Estate and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego,.

 

Over his career, Julian has developed a strong foundation in market analysis, property management, and investment strategies. With a love for building relationships and making a positive impact, Julian approaches every real estate transaction with dedication and integrity.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, and watching sporting events.
