Originally from the Sacramento area, Prat has been interested in homes and architecture his entire life. Having studied business at The University of San Diego. He earned his real estate license and bachelors in Finance and Real Estate.

Over the course of Prat's real estate career, he has underwritten over $15 million in real estate and helped numerous homeowners in sticky situations. Prat's flexibility, easiness to work with, and adaptability, gives Prat an edge in being able to help his clients achieve the best result possible.

When he’s not advancing his education, working with property owners, renters, buyers, and sellers, Prat can be found playing basketball and enjoying hobbies like walking historic neighborhoods of San Diego and looking at classic cars.
